Instasim provides you with two delivery options:
1. Delivering by mail: Thailand Post or private parcel delivery company

2. Picking up the goods yourself at Pathumwan Place condominium, Soi Kasemsan 1, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330. You must inform our staff at least one day in advance and also transfer money beforehand.
Return
Rental device
Customers can return the device back to Instasim by sending it to 12/5 Pathumwan Place condominium, Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330.
Convenient drop off location is Post Office at Suvarnabhumi Airport- located on 4th Floor near the check-in counter W. Open 24 hours daily.
Please return the device by EMS only or equivalent!! For Pocket WiFi, the return date is the date of the postmark. Therefore, please keep the post office receipt until you get your deposit back.
If you return the device by regular registered mail, the return date is the date we receive the product, which may result in a late charge.
Problems with goods
In case that the goods cannot find any signals, please contact us to discuss about the problem and try to solve it together, instead of returning the goods right away. If we cannot fix the problem, we will issue a confirmation letter of goods return and send it to you. Therefore, please attach this letter to the returned goods every time.
*** Instasim will not refund or exchange the goods in any case unless you have received a confirmation email from us.
