How to order

Customers need to place orders through our website only.

**Placing orders through LINE, Facebook or phone is slower than through the website as our staffs need to record orders in the system and an additional service fee of 50 baht will be charged for every SIM card order. For example, a SIM card is 1,500 baht, if placing orders through LINE, Facebook or phone, the price will be 1,550 baht/SIM

***If you require a quotation, invoice or any additional documents, a service fee of 200 baht per document will be charged for every purchase order .

 

How to place orders through our website 

  • Select the item, quantity and then click "Add to Cart".
    • In case of SIM card, you need to select the size of SIM cards. For more information, click here
  • Fill in information for SIM card registration and also delivery information as follows:
    • First name- Last name in English 
    • Email address
    • The date customers want to activate SIM card (we suggest customers to select the date one day before departure. We will activate the SIM card online within 23.00 of the date customers inform. While activating the SIM card, customers do not need to put the SIM card in a mobile phone. For Lebara DE and Lyca DE SIM card, we will activate it before delivering to customers.)
    • Departure and arrival date (For some SIM cards)
    • Date of birth - only for "Across Countries", German and Lyca Italy SIM cards
    • Copy of passport - only for Lyca Italy SIM card
  • If you need more items, click "Continue shopping" or select the item you want. All items will be gathered in "Cart".
  • Check all items in "Cart", then click "Proceed to checkout".             
  • If you do not want to register with us, you can select "Checkout as guest" and click "Continue"
    • Having an account with us makes you more convenient for future orders and order status& tracking.
  • Fill in your billing address
    • If you need only a company's name; without your first name and last name, please type "-" in both "First name" and "Last name" fields.
  • Select "Shipping method"
  • The system will show our bank account numbers and send it to your email.
  • ** Please do not transfer money until you receive an email from us.
  • Click "Place order"to confirm your order.
  • The system will show your Order No. and send an order comfirmation to your email.
    • Please provide your Order No.for reference in case that you have questions or need help.
    • If you do not receive your Order No., it means that you order is not successful and we do not receive your order information. Therefore, we reserve the right not to deliver the goods in any case.

Payment methods

instaSIM  accepts payments only by bank transfer. The system will show you our bank account numbers before you confirm your order and also send it to your email for proceeding your payment.

We reserve the right to refuse cash payment in any case.
