Q6: Can I use the SIM card with my mobile phone?
Things you need to check before purchasing are
1. Check if your mobile phone is unlocked
Network locked mobile phones are mostly phones purchased with contract from mobile network operators (TruemoveH, AIS, DTAC)
How to check is to put a SIM card from other operators in your mobile phone. If you can use it, it means that your phone is not network locked.
2. Check if the 3G or 4G frequency bands supported by your mobile phone match the frequency bands that mobile network operators in each country use for their 3G or 4G.
The easy way to check the frequency bands supported by your mobile phone is to type your phone's model in Google search, then look at the specification. In general, phones purchased in Thailand support 2100 MHz. For 800, 850, 900 or 1900 MHz. However, it depends on phones' models.

**Things to know* 1700/2100 MHz frequency in US does not mean that phones supporting 2100 MHz will work. All phones need to support Band 4 AWS 1700/2100 MHz only. Most Thai phones do not support this frequency.
Q7: Is the SIM card compatible with tablets or mobile WiFi?
It depends on the type of SIM cards and packages you purchase. You can find more information on our website.
Q8: When changing to use the purchased SIM card, will I lose LINE or Facebook data? How can I do?
Your facebook data will not be lost because Facebook account is not linked to the phone or numbers.
For your LINE data, it depends on the way you register LINE account. If you register it by your email address, your LINE data will not be lost.
How to check if your LINE account have already registered by your email address
- Open LINE application.
- For English menu: click on ⋮ > Settings > Accounts > Email Account Registration > it will show "Done"
- For Thai menu: click on ⋮ > ตั้งค่า > บัญชี > ลงทะเบียนบัญชีอีเมล์ > จะแสดงคำว่า "เสร็จ"

Q9: Why can't I find the menu "Cellular Data Network" or "APN setting" in my iPhone or iPad?
Depending on your SIM card operators, if they allow users to set APN, you can view the APN setting on your iOS device. For example, while using AIS, DTAC, or TruemoveH, you cannot view the APN setting because these operators do not allow users to edit APN setting. After changing to international SIM card, this menu will show up.
Q10: If I cannot use internet when arriving at the destination, what should I do?
There are two types of problems:
- An antenna icon shown up on your screen, you can make/ receive calls, but cannot use internet.
- Activate "Cellular data" for iOS or "Mobile Data" for Android.
- Check your phone APN setting and see if it matches that of setting in the user guide sent with the SIM card. See how to set up APN, please click here
- If your APN setting is correct, the next step is to check your remaining data in your package.
- Then, turn off and turn on your phone.
- If you still cannot use internet, please contact us.or your SIM card operator in that country.
2. No antenna icon shown up on your screen
- You may be in an area with poor coverage, especially in rural areas, large buildings or Underground.
- Try your SIM card in another phone or try another SIM card in your phone.
- If your phone still does not show the antenna icon, it is possible that your SIM card is damaged, so please contact us.
